Pasticcio di maccheroni

Typical Ferrara dish since XVI century. The shape of this dish is like a priest hat. It's prepared during Carnival. It's sweet pasta outside and maccheroni with white meat sauce, bianchetto truffle, besciamella and mushrooms inside.
