Bianchetto Truffle

The truffle bianchetto or pinewood truffle or March truffle (Tuber albidum - Tuber borchii) is a little truffle, the external surface is smooth, similar to white truffle, has a brown pulp with white grains and it smells like garlic. It ripens from November to April in Bosco Mesola and shoreline pinewood.
