BONDI Fresh Pasta is an artisanal reality that produces fresh pasta following the unmistakable traditions of Emilia Romagna. Founded in 1991 by Giuseppe BONDI, the company has adhered to his entrepreneurial vision of not industrializing the local delicacies. The freshness of the raw materials and the guarantees demonstrated over time have allowed the company to be innovative while never forgetting to remain Artisanal Pasta Makers. The production includes fresh egg pasta and non-egg pasta, stuffed, simple, wholemeal, colored, and even in particular and special formats. Over time, the small workshop has become a more structured entity, equipped with advanced machinery and technologies that have enabled it to serve, in addition to restaurants and retail, also large distribution, becoming a quality reference in their sector for many. The training of specialized personnel still plays an active role in the preparation of every BONDI pasta format. Additionally, a team of "sfogline" (pasta makers) produces various pasta formats by hand daily, from traditional to the most refined ones, exactly as you would make them on your own kitchen table.
