Giori Antonio's Farm

The Giori Antonio Farm produces traditional Ferrara cured meats without preservatives, such as: Garlic salami and non-garlic salami, Salama da Sugo, Coppa di Testa, Rolled Pancetta, Lonzino, Cotechini, Salame da Pentola, ciccioli, and much more.
They also process fresh meats including Veal, Beef, Pork, Lamb, Poultry, and Rabbits.
At the sales point, you can also find fresh pasta, including cappelletti and cappellacci.

You can also find them at the Farmers' Market in Piazza Municipale in Ferrara.
