The farm is also involved in beekeeping and honey production. Riccardo Sarto, the beekeeper, follows natural processes to care for the bees and produces different types of honey, including lime honey, heterofloral honey and honeydew; he also produces mead. His approach to beekeeping focuses on the health of the bees and the production of high quality honey without artificial manipulation.
